Hi all. I'm Melinda.

I hope to finalise the purchase of my new Lancer SX on Monday.

I've found the information and advice on Club CJ invaluable. I now know what model I want, with what accessories - and what is considered a "decent" price to pay.

Now all I need to do, is start playing Mitsubishi dealers off against each other :D

Remember you can get many parts cheaper through the club then you can from a dealer.

What colour and accessories are you after?

Thanks for the welcome.

I'm after a 2011 black SX manual sedan. I called one dealer today and was given a price of $19990 which includes - bluetooth (which should be standard anyway), mats, floor illumination, weathershields and bonnet protector. I was told I could have the car within a week.

I know I can get this price down further, and am still considering whether to just get the car, and then get my accessories through the Club.

What do you think?

Work out how much the accessories are through the club and see what your dealer does them for.

Don't forget a new year model is out very soon, so specials maybe available on MY11 models once MY12 come out. I am not sure if the MY12 has many more features but I would wait.

Thanks for the advice Troy. I knew the 2012 model was coming out in October, but as of Monday I'm without a car. If I can hold out for a few more weeks I will.

I'll definitely give Preston Motors Ralliart a call on Monday.
