Hey guys,

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement left side mirror? Possibly someone or somewhere that can source the part and replace the broken one?

I was following a truck and some of its load came off and it took out my side mirror... *facepalm*

Any chance you would wanna come and pick up your parts?

Also, I have spare side mirrors since I already have folding mirrors from X-Factor on the car. You could make me an offer?

Thanks for the quick reply ofey, depending on how far you are, I don't mind picking them up.

I don't know how much side mirrors normally cost so I guess you make an offer?

Can I ask what colour they are? And if you or if you know someone that can replace/install it?

I've never met you before so I hardly know what color your car is.

I'm in Doncaster.

Car is normally A39Grey. Brother owns a Silver A31.

I will need to find out how much they cost.

I've replaced my mirrors before. Not hard at all.

side mirrors are about ~300 range each with the colour coded painted panel behind if sourced from dealer. pretty dear, had a quote when i broke mine.

It's Champagne. (I don't know the colour code unfortunately) I can buy a cover so colour isn't a an issue.

Like Solace said, I've called around and they've been quoted at ~ $250-300 although thats just for the assembly.

I'd like to have a go myself although I'm not that technically proficient. I'm afraid I'll forget something or screw it up somehow. I'd rather pay someone to do it correctly and quickly.

OK from what I've found out the mirror covers do not come color matched. They come with the mirror in white (best color to buy it seems i.e. cheapest to produce)

Thanks Ofey, that's much cheaper than what I've been quoted. Is it an automatic/powered mirror? If so, how do I go about getting one ordered?

So your automatic means it auto folds?

Since you have a 2007 VR, what are you talking about automatic powered mirror?

Only the 2011 VRs have folding mirrors.
