Rally Armor Mudflaps on sportback
Hi all. Has anyone fitted Rally Armor (Ur series) flaps to a sportback....im assuming that the front will fit but the rear wont. Thx
Yes. Me and Bandit have. The rears do not fit (as in hole but I can take a picture tmr and show you what I did).
There are two ways you can do this:
1) drill holes into the rear flap to accodmadate the rear arch bolts -or-
2) just screw the self tapering screws into the rear arch plastic guards inside the wheel arch.
It'll make sense when I take apic.

I will try to take some pictures tmr... ipod control is fully functional with the MMCS (playlist etc), until the car starts moving then it locks out most of the functions - there is a work around by slash but requires some wire splicing

Here is a pic o f the rear mudflap screws:
The main two are visible and probably don't need much alteration at all (lengthening of the holes with a drill bit).
The last screw which is a bit hard to see, you can get away without drilling at all and don't use their L- connector to create a screw point for it... doesn't really fit the sportback and will stick into the wheel too much.
What I did was just screw into the plastic guard itself. Hard to take a pic though. So:
