Hi everyone, I'm Phil and I got my new manual Lancer MY11 SX about six weeks ago and have been trawling the forums ever since and deepening my knowledge on this awesome car!

A couple of days ago I took the car for its first real cruise. Because I live on the Sunshine Coast I have the beautiful hinterland to drive through, so I spent a day doing the twistiest roads I could fine!

I couldn't believe how good the car was. The handling, the acceleration after dropping down a gear for when you're overtaking, the ride at high and low speeds...just awesome. I love it. Here's a map of where I went - I highly recommend it. Some of the most beautiful views pop up all over the place.

Hey mate are you keen to do the kenilworth cruise at the end of the month if so ill be leaving forest glen early on the 30th to convoy to bris and meet up with the rest of the cj's
