2009 NSW/ACT XMas meet ** Suggestions PLEASE **

Postby Mizta B » Thu Dec 03, 2009 11:19 pm

Hey everybody
Seen as how the QLD and Melbourne crews are getting organised for a XMas get together I thought we had better get ours happening too!
Can we have some suggestions for venues (Not too expensive),preferred dates and times please?
EOI from members who wish to attend would be great and soon!
Looking forward to seeing everyone. :D

Hurml, NSW and ACT... this could be a bit dicey to arrange I suspect. I work nights Mon, Tues, Wed (and I like my sleep beforehand). Thurs - Sunday are best for me (sunday getting home only) but my weekends could be a bit iffy with other club stuff.

I'll wait till more people speak up on the when.

As to where. I vote Goulburn or somewhere else in between ACT and Sydney, or on the coast somewhere.

Late November or early December would get my vote :) I think a Sunday would also be the best day.

I know of a few car clubs that have held get togethers around the Stanwell Park area... Do a drive through Nasho, then have a bit of a picnic lunch. Only down side is it all comes down to the weather.
