Will a tactrix openport 2.0 connect without the mitsu special connectors? cause someone is selling one for lowish price but used it for the subies. cause reading down it says that it is only requires a special adapter up to the evo 9

Be careful its not a chinese clone. If it is and you connect it to ecuflash it will do firmware update and die. To connect the tactrix to the CJ lancers/Ralliart and Evo X you only need the obd2. What are you looking to do with it?
MY11 Evo X MR (2011-Current)
MY20 Asx GSR (2023-Current)

It doesnt seem like it is, the guy whos selling it got it from prospeedracing. I'm looking at editing some ETACS settings with MMCodingWriter or ETACS Decoder, which ever one I can figure out first haha and maybe some mucking around with some lancers that are already on their way out if I decide to later on
Using to to enable like auto lock when past 20km/h, auto headlights, auto wipers etc but if there is way to enable them like enabling foglights through opening and closing the door multiple times then it would save me 150 bucks haha

I think ETACS decoder is paid. MMcoding writer is free. The developer of that program cracked the sst software.
Those things are pretty easy if you need help I can plug my tool into my car and screen shot it for you

I read somewhere that you only have a certain amounts of edits per day? is that with the MMCodingwriter? and it seems like the openport is about to be sold so what other adapters would work with the software?

MMcoding writer is completely free. Etacs decoder I havent used for a long time. I used it when it was free, then they introduced the limits i think. They all do the same things.
