OK yesterday i was installing my new gear knob and i just discover that under the center console some south Australian worker for got his plastic fork...

yep i just unscrew the console an hidden underneath was a plastic fork , brand new lancer 2009...

unbelievable but truth.... funny ....

i think you mean Japanese worker.... CJs aren't assembled in SA.

I guess that poses the question why wasn't he using chop sticks?

they are all fully imported from Japan.

I found a corsa key in my lancers glove box when I picked it up from the panel beaters lol. Guess what I did... :)

When I took ownership of mine, I found an extra screwhole cap filler for the internal door handles underneith on of the seatbelt clippers. Not that funny but odd.

When I got my RA the bolts for the centre console were just thrown in the compartment. They had bothered to bolt it back down when doing the alarm.

I got a call a week after picking up my 05 Outlander (car previous to the CJ) saying that they had lost a key and had it recut etc. Well they found it under the floor mat of a pajero that morning!!

I thought that was pretty funny, cheering too I had 2 spare keys!!
