Hi guys
From south australia
Just bought a my13 evox MR
Thinking about getting a tune. Anyone have experience with SKR willall, SJ
Was considering putting a Catback exhaust and drop in filter beforehand. Would this be worthwhile or not much of an increase?

Hi welcome to Clubcj.

I would not use s&j as they use ecotec from MRT.

SKR is a fantastic choice but I believe he is closing down.

A good panel filter and cat back exhaust will help. So would a bigger intercooler.

Your best option is to book in Merlin for a tune. He is coming to Adelaide soon to tune some cars. Excellent tuner and reasonable priced. Please search in SA section

I was under the impression skr wasn't too good with evo x/ralliart but was amazing with every other evo.. maybe 2-3 years ago. I can second beeble as a great choice, cheap too. Turbo back would be better and panel filter would be fine, you should spend a little bit more on a boost controller, intercooler piping and actuator for the best tune.. intercooler would also be a good choice as the stock one will suffer heat soak after time.

Thanks guys will look into merlin and beeble.hopefully catch merlin when he comes down. He tunes Xs and RAs? That thread only talks about RAs. Presumably they are similarish
