So some of us are super keen to go check out the Xmas lights at Lobethal this year.
We will head up on the opening night Sunday 8th Dec.
Yes I understand that it will be busy with people everywhere, and it's no where near as good as it used to be, but Ive never been before n its something Ive always wanted to do.

We can meet up somewhere before and cruise there together.

depending on the rest of you guys i would be keen to drive a nice route. i know that the freeway and taking the turnoff to birdwood would be the quickest but it might be fun to take mount lofty going up greenhill rd.

both these routs have a pretty central meeting point for the northies and the southies.

Fireworks are on that night. They start at 9 so it would be nice to be there alittle bit before that. I would have thought meet at 7pm cruise at 7.30pm

fireworks??? up at lobethal??? this night just keeps getting better!

yeah im easy for time on sunday, do we want to do a small dinner before hand? or just meet n cruise?
this 1st route looks fun.

i went up to harndorf via mount lofty yesterday, was a nice drive. came home on the freeway and they are doing roadworks

it was bad, down to 25km and one lane. not sure if it will be finished by the weekend, but might be a good idea to avoid this on the way home.

yeah moneys gona be tight for me this weekend too, got heaps of things happening, so can do something easy and cheap like takeaway. or bbq at my place.

I love fireworks too.
But didn't think fireworks could be done in the hills because well fireban.

Just need a time to meet up.
or we could sort it out on the saturday too.
