Factory intercooler spray - coming out as sludge

My factory intercooler spray seems to come out as sludge rather than a spray. Just wondering if it's a nozzle issue or the windscreen washer is too concentrated?

I can't attach a pic to show what I mean.

Probably got a building up gunk in either one of the three spray nozzles, or a buildup of crud in the one way ball valves. It's pretty easy to clog either of those two up with crap.
