Urgent Bulb Help!!! ??

I bought these H4 4300K Crystal vision bulbs and i was assured they would fit but i have taken the old one out and i face a problem...

How do i get the old bulb out and how the hell do i connect this?? i thought it would be plug and play?

Sorry I have never mucked around with my cj's lights before... noob :/

Wrong globe. Need HB4....

Wrong bulb type. We are HB4 and HB3 not H4.

Take them back if you were told by the seller they would fit.

thanks for the help guys, went back to autobarn and got the right bulbs!

Headlights look wicked and shine so much further ahead then the factory bulbs!
