As far as I am aware it is not legal. But if it ever gives you any dramas you can always just peel it straight off.

Yeah true Shane, also it may void insurance if u run into the back of someone at night, the insurance may argue that the light wasn't bright enough. I still have the tabs on the lamin-x of in case I need to take them off in a hurry
