Actually they are fog lights in front bar of the RA and all other Lancers as they are only able to be turned on when the headlights are turned on. None of the Lancers come with driving lights. Driving lights must be turned off when the headlights are turned on, hence they are fog lights.
Fog lights can be white or yellow, it is just that the yellow colour works better to cut through the fog.
