i still dont call it hooning but we have a different definition i guess.

i have apologised a couple of times re my overreaction of a few guys playing up (hooning) on mt nebo, all i can do is reiterate.

the warning was a 1 off, it was never intended to be persued and no fingers were pointed and again i apologise for any harm done.
