Weird things with the maintenance settings

Im 2500k's away from my 2nd service and the car is alerting me everytime i start it, does it also go on time and not just k's???

That I cannot answer, as I had to service my car every 15 weeks

I would imagine if it is getting close to the time when it is due, it would start alerting as well.

I've read the thread about resetting the maintainence settings but no matter how I do it, I can't set a 60,000km one now.

Yeah im thinking as it is now 2 years old, it must be thinking its service time, but as i said, still got 2500k's to go.

Glad it's not just mine then. I figured it was probably just an early reminder but I was a bit concerned that the "K's until next service" display changed to "---"

Also it looks like there's a bug in the owner's manual, they put the "type 1" and "type 2" messages around the wrong way.
