Chris, can you find out if there are any good BBQ spots, and if said BBQ spots actually have BBQs and are they half alright.

I will be acquiring my old man's camping BBQ if the club has not bought us one by this event. Just in case we need it!

i think the problem with cruses north is that it needs to be a full day to get a good drive. we have had 2 big cruises to the north and they where big days (i have photo evidence). we havent had a cruise for a wile there hasnt been alot of interest and alot of the mini meets have been on the south side due to adrian starting the idea. the first mini meet we had had 4 attendees. sirvrx/ash, lethal, hotlanc, jamez707(me) (once again i have photo evidence) we are all from south side/gold coast. and recently with the help of north side members (thanks kym) we have been making an effort to move some meets to the northside like toombul 29/1/10 west end 17/4/10 and this frday at virginia (i have photo evidence...except for this fridays one...yet). the request for more northside meets/cruises hasnt been ignored and is slowly being sorted out. back to the fun kids

Oh also.... I am expecting my 2nd bubba on the 25th of May. Well thats the due date, so me attending is depending on that

But I would love to attend this cruise

The issue for meeting places on the North side is that they haven't been done before, so it's all trial and error. If we go somewhere that is crap, well, we know next time not to go there, it's that simple. West End turned out to be a great spot (not a stupid park hey

) - the fact it is right in the city poses a great venue for right in the centre of many members.

This will be an awesome cruise and you will not be disappointed. I'll put together a full cruise sheet for everyone and i'll post up some pics of key areas if i manage to get some.

Great stuff. I think it may even be worth while doing a "profile" of the usual meet spots...? Just a suggestion

The already suggested meet point of: "Browns Plains shopping centre out the front of Harvey Norman" would be best, as it's easy to get to and it's already heading out in that direction.

It was the meet point where we met you for the first time a few weeks back.

And we weren't asked to leave, the security guard didn't care we were there but he just gave us a heads-up that the police do a lap through there at 11pm.

But we'll only be there for a short while as a meet for the cruise and it will be in the morning so it doesn't matter.

I'm going to say yes to attend this one.... Will depend a bit on my on-call roster and if I can get a day off on-call....
