How long is expected for your custom headlights to take shape and be ready for fitting?

This was my first CZ4A set so it took months and months. Had to source the parts from everywhere. Also tried to fit this in between work, family and social activities. Towards the end, I found out that I had a wrong part so that was a waste of time (not really. Can use it for another set). I ended up sourcing other parts to complete the project. Alot or trial and error making it fit.

Anyway, cut a long story short. If I was to do another set I could finish it in a week or so. from opening up the HLs to sealing it.
