Cant see why not. From taking apart some of those lights its just a standard Active and Neutral. Just gotta suss out how many could be powered off the 1 solar panel

With a bit of luck in the manual that cane with the lights it should tell you the voltage/amperage its output is.
Led strips 12v ones like i have in the boot if my car use bugger all current/amps.
You should be able to run at least a few meters off it. And becuase it runs rechargeable AA batteries you can upgrade those anytime you wish
