The worst thing about a crash would be if it isn't your fault, that would be so annoying

Just got back from the cruise a bit earlyish

mate crashed his skyline at the second meetpoint, road was hell wet and it wasn;t his fault.. rear right wheel was bent in really badly, had the space saver tyre on (as rim was gone..) and drove it 2k's to his gf's sisters house and the whole way there it was doing a skid

by skid i mean wheel bent trying to turn leaving rubber on the road making squeeling noise :\

anywho, bedtime.

Graham I don't understand how it was not his fault?
If the road was wet and he lost control it is his fault. Obviously driving to fast for the road conditions.

If it happened in a 1.3L barina or a getz it would be a different story, but because it's a skyline everyone assumes he was hooning lol

He was driving normally as anyone would, LOTS of (random) cars broke traction at that spot, even my mates AWD WRX did for a moment and he was driving normally too

Graham I am not saying he was hooning but driving to fast for the road conditions.

Adrian, you know the pub near gateways behind the drive-thru?

The sprinklers on that road were facing towards the road so it was completely wet which is where he crashed.

Mmm another car cruise tonight (yes I know I cruise too much..) lets see how I can handle driving one handed since my right arm isn't really usable.. Thankfuly it's an automatic so it isn't as bad, but stupid nonetheless.

Only reason I want to go is to talk to my ex and see if we can try resolve anything.

Causeway/riverside drive carpark 8pm meet 8:45pm depart if anyone is interested

The cruise last night was epic!

The only reason I wanted to go to was to see if my ex was there but she wasn't, she was whoring it up at some party lol but I cruised on anyway.

At one of the stops some guy pulled a rather large burnout in a semi residential area and police were called so we bailed to another close area which was very remote with no houses/roads nearby and people started doing burnouts etc in this area, about 8 people were doing them and then a foreign car comes right when an xr8 is doing one with lots and lots of smoke.

Cops disco lights come on and they try to block the road, this guy in the xr8 goes up the footpath up this limestone wall and accross the sand and floors it down a dead end street, cop does a 180 reverse turn and fly's after him until he does a u turn, comes back and by then everyone has scattered to their car and is bailing then the red xr8 goes the right way out this time.. me and about 15 people in one group take a few back roads to the next meetpoint waiting for everyonem a few cops were waiting at the meetpoint but everything was explained.. The Police Comissioner even called

There was a professional photographer and his 4k camera was confiscated by the police so I suspect a few people are going to get knocks on their doors by the police in the next 2 weeks..

I heard the guy in the red xr8 eventually gave up, ran from his car into the bushes, there were ~10 cop cars there with sniffer dogs but he managed to get away, they took the car and he has a warrant out for his arrest
