Because I won't be going to the Coffs weekend adventure, I want to get a heads up who would be interested in doing a meet and dinner thing. It's nice to see people at a meet, but I think there's good opportunity to actually get to know people over a good feed and a good beer.
And before anyone decides to have a whinge about I'm about to have/just had a trip down the border here's a couple of options:
(a) weekend before Coffs
(b) weekend after Coffs
(c) don't harass Adrian, and you suggest a date
It doesn't have to a flashy thing, but when Chubb came up here - and a BIG SHOUT OUT TO SHANE WHO DROVE 9 HOURS, I thought it was awesome that - although not planned- those who chose to go out for dinner did, and it was really a great night.
So, after careful consideration (not really
), I thought I should get in now before people buzz off, to get an idea about who would be up for something. Maybe it's just me, I dunno, but I like being social and I kinda figured there were other people that liked that too.
Post up what you think - the earlier the better so a place can be booked or pizza can be delivered.
