Im pretty sure most cop cars do mod there cars most company's do emergency serves upgrades only available to them. like suspension, tires, brakes. i don't believe they do much to the engines.

and you can buy them like that at cop auctions cheap. they just don't have the lights.


and i have seen a unmarked silver ralliart. on the way to goldcoast. it can flying up behind me, only knew cause of its radar, lights and camera on the dash.

I haven't seen any Lancer cop cars here in the ACT. They seem to stick to Ford and Holden, with the occasional Camry.

They tried T5 Volvo estates a long while back (90's) but they proved too expensive to repair when they got bent.

In terms of 'Modded' police cars I've only seen one. It was back in the late 80's; a VL Commodore and it was only slightly modded - Race tune, Turbo and Avgas.

Most definitely not in NSW. They are held for much longer than that. There are still VZ SS marked cars getting around here.

in nerang there diving unmarked red subaru liberty and a yellow motor bike not sure what it is didnt get a good look seen them both pull over the same car... also up in chermside there is a turbo charged vr lancer silver watch out it goes it over took me with its lights flashing
