I collect Mitsubishi switches



I'm normal I swear!!

Started with 2. I wanted 2 switches to go next to our ASC switch for a couple of functions, one being my Garage Door Remote Integration mod. So I collect from the wreckers the switches out of a 380 VRX.

Then I started searching other wreckers for more. And more. And more. Now all the wreckers in Brisbane having none of these left, I started searching ebay. None in Aus, so import from the UK.

I have now got quite a few, even sold a few to people who wanted the, about 6 so far.

Shame that the 3 Mirror Controls with Fold Switch I have now were nowhere to be found when the 3 Brisbane members including myself had to buy one from Mitsubish at a cost of $100

If anybody wants one of my switches, PM me, I'll see what I can do. For the mirror switches I paid about half the price of Mitsubishi's asking price for them and not looking to profit

just have to make sure the internal LEDs of those are RED?

that would be good if you had 4 diffrent things you wanted on at diffrent times. unless you are getting ajustable headlamps or proper mitsu HID's that what they are from right?

It's a headlight adjustment switch. But it can't be used as a 4-position switch as it doesn't have enough contacts. As you turn the dial it changes output voltage. It's pretty much a rheostat.

oh ok then why would it have 4 definate numbers and not just a up and down. but i get what you mean with the switch. its a single switch that alters the voltage signal.

Height setting... 1, 2, 3, 4. All European cars have them in some way, shape or form.

Adrian, would i be able to buy one of the light switches?(the style 3rd from the right. I've been searching wreckers everywhere for one for my fog lights

They aren't toggle switches, so probably won't work. you need a latching circuit, but not many out there that work very well with just the 1 switch doing both on and off, unless you get a PIC one but $$$

You could get your fog lights wired into the factory harness, and get the factory indicator stalk and get PMR to update your ETACS ECU to operate the fogs (How the dealer does the dealer-fit ones)

Ha thats funny, look at all them switches!!. Can any be used in our Lancers??

I starting to collect CJ air intake ducts! Not joking either, I have two of them haha. Also got a collection of parts that Ive brought that wont ever use now like some parts for an SRI, the lower grille of an Aspire (it didnt work out...) a pod filter and a carbon fiber rear spoiler. Shitty weave though. And also pinstriping in 3-12mm. I dont know why but I just keep buying them. Almost every time I go into Autobarn or Supercheap I end up walking out with one of them...

Also seem to have quite a good selection of clips, bolts and all that sort stuff too off CJ Lancers. Everytime I do things to my car I always end up with screws, bolts and clips left over. One day I be driving and my car will fall apart, I can see it happening.

I think I know how my car ate my inner wheel guard...
