Recalling the Prototype-S
As you know the Prototype-S was the concept car for the Lancer Sportback.
Now past the time since its introduction in Genova, we see how the production car is almost equal to that concept, it is truly a Ralliart Sportback with the only difference being the headlights, taillights, the daytime lights and shape of the wing.
The rims are fantastics
Many dream of this ... Shadows: are you watching this???
Greetings from the other side of the Planet Lancer......

I have been thinking of that for a while you know... you're on to me!
To my eye, they do look identical! Fingers crossed I can find some to try it out!

The Outlander just had a facelift for MY10, and that is the one with the same headlight shape as the Lancer. Pre-Facelift was totally different, which is what you are referring to
Adrian, I am not buying some $1700 ones.. I am already overcapitalising this car.. no matter how much I put into it, its still an ES.
I will wait for some replica ones, which will come in at around the $500 mark, then I will have....
I don't have to be the first for everything, that's Tadzorz' job!
I will probably be the first to Turbo a CVT, just because I can spend the $5,200 to get one delivered. Might be the first to put on the really big brakes too, just because no one else thinks they're necessary... I have only spent $7k above the original $16k buy price... so another $7k makes it a $30k ES.... starting to be a bit silly.

I have looked at them up close and they don't look the same to me. Very similar, but not the same. The outlander ones are a bit bigger in places.
my reason for comparing them was sinister I must admit. I was hoping that the OUtlanders in the work fleet would become spare parts donors if anything happened to the lights in my car - but I don't think they will fit.
Maybe ask PMR to do a part no. check for each type of headlight and see if they match up....
