Great idea James, I was thinking about something similar. It would be great to get some kind of calendar addin for the forums so we can schedule ahead and gather yes/no/maybes for each mini meet/cruise. Then maybe chuck in some kid if thing for perfect attendance or something fun like that :)

Well one that's commonly used... I'll have a look onto it and see if we can run both for a while and see what people like more. Cause I know it's a little hard to follow a 10+ page threads :P

What about the Wynnum Manly water front plenty of parking good spots for photos and a short cruze along the water front as well, close to the gateway bridge and motorway for everyone to find

Well if it starts getting used, then it will be more common ;)

I am going to start using it, I just ended up in QLD a lot longer than I had planned so not sat down and worked out some cruises!

Central to the Southsiders.... lol.... I'm at least 1.5 hrs away too - and I don't get to all of the meets I'd like to, because of most of them being Southside meeting spots.

Central, to me, is somewhere near or around the City... The South have to come up, and North have to come down.... :) Where the cruise goes from there is anyones....

Some options I think would be alright....

Well I don't know the northside that well to have meets there...

But I'm happy to take location suggestions, which you have done. I'll have a look-see and hopefully we can cater for the northsiders next time!

WTF is that at Nundah park? It that a race track? :lol:

Would the West of Brisbane be available? I would like to attend, but also have a 2-hour drive home at the end of any meet.

Worst excuse EVER Adrian... LOL. I know that you own a Navman EXACTLY like mine :D

How's West End for everyone? 2 minutes over from the city = central to everything. Great food available everywhere! Orleigh Park (funny enough on Orleigh Road) is quite nice, BBQ area, enough room for everyone! It is right next to the river too :D Had work xmas party there.


PS. I may not make tonights meet - last day for a colleague of mine, looking like drinks at the Melbourne Hotel (if anyone is interested in coming along!!) :D But will see! I might just cruise down that way if you's are lucky :wink:

There's a cool spot that i've seen and around 6:30 it has a good sunset and its a good place to take pictures.. its in springwood where the block buster video store is, if anyone knows where that is.. right next to it there's a car park on the same level and at nights its never used because there's no1 there. When you drive up the remp if you turn right its the video store car park and if you turn left its the other car park . Looks like a cool spot with lots of parks

YEhh dats the place i was talkin about.. I got moved to the city now im manager at queen st hungry jacks.. I have monday of and i can do tuesday arvo/night if there is anything. Got my GF coming back from overseas so going to see her weds and thursday got my car booked at Jb Hi Fi,
