i'd want a straight swap but i'd rather go into an evo than an RA.

As I said to lpy2009. No harm saying you'd go for an RA as a straight swap and if this goes through, PMR will need a kind of top up but I'm sure he'd be able to put you in an Evo.

Question is can you for sure fund it?

but i guess if you need the numbers you can use my name. and im sure there would be others out there that would take the car if i cant buy it (meaning there would be heaps of people not on the forum who would like one)

I want a sense of seriousness in this. No point like in some polls getting 15 votes for 1 part then no one EOI.

Also the point is that I want MMA to take us seriously.

It also wouldn't be a buy I'd want to open up to outside the forum and I suspect MMA wouldn't be happy about this as well.

How much are YOU able to shell? The amount is what YOU can reasonably do.

If you say A$4K then it is!
But that's unreasonable as you're asking Mitsu to sell you an RA for under A$30K

I filled A$12K as I think I can get A$22K best case for my O.Ed. So I'm hoping Mitsu will charge A$34 - A$35K for a brand new 2011 RA in a group buy? Not unreasonable as I'm asking for A$10K off the list price (me thinks).

I'm going to explain again.

This group buy is for an RA. If you want an Evo, I'm sure if EOI for a RA first as per the group buy then come the time tell PMR you would be willing to pay a difference for an EVO, I'm sure PMR will help put you in one.

This is NOT a joke or for people to dream about. This is the REAL deal being offered by PMR.

They can do it if we have enough EOIs. People with REAL money who REALLY want to do this.

First we need to know if we have enough numbers to approach MMA with a Proposal. We'd qualify for a fleet discount amongst other things and PMR are willing to step back as well to charge us less dealer deliveries if we manage to pull this.

So if you don't want your next car to be an RA, don't post. IF you have > A$10K you're willing to put down on an upgrade to a 2011 RA, you would want to EOI.

And for those Evo insane ones, if you think A$10K for a RA upgrade is peanuts and you have another A$15K on top lying about, just sign up for the RA upgrade first. No harm, we're NOT asking you to buy the RA! PMR will then negotiate with you to upgrade yours to an Evo.

What's 90RAs and 10 Evos. Still a group buy. But we need the numbers first!! Then we can go ask MMA for a deal.

If this goes on for 10 days. PMR will actually tell us the group buy price of a brand new 2011 RA!!

Now someone pointed out a good point. What if at the end, we have say 50 EOIs and PMR&MMA still delivered on their promise and we got RAs for stupid money. Doesn't hurt to put up your hand then?

Well The catch is those who put up their hand after the price revelation will not be allowed to purchase at that price point. Surely not PMR want to make money don't they? But their hands will be tied in that MMA will only make the offer on the EOI list they recieve. So PMR won't get extra cars for this deal at that price point. Else this whole group buy wouldn't make any sense in the first place.
