no, where i used to live we have a SMALL club, like 6 people. but for us racing its more of the fun factor we have. if someone crashes we will all stop let them catch, then go again. its just two familys having fun.
we did get a little into drifting and not bragging but i was the best drifter in the club i had an old tamyia tt-01 set up for drifting, and i put the drift tyres on my HPI nitro RS4 and drifted that.

The best thing i found was to buy the cheapest rims you can get, then buying some PVC piping that almost fits (could never find the correct size) and making it fit, waste a full batt just doing doies on the spot to rough them up a bit then go drifting.
Stopped doing it coz it was a bitch to get them on, and the beauty with tape is that when it runs out just re apply

yeah true that, its not like read drifting where you need the power to shift the weight.
Ill see if I can resurrect it and get back into it. The reason i stopped was coz I have no one to play with... yes WAY before having a car
It has excellent weight distribution, and isn't too heavy.
That pic isn't mine, I pulled out the springs and put in a small rubber spacer so it was JUST off the ground (like there not low enough already ) so it still has some cushioning.
