only problem with this is that is will fail to work of your carrying load is unbalanced, either left or right rear wheel will be touching and dragging. That cant be too good for the life of the tread.

I rarely parallel park and only do it if I absolutely have to, I think in the time I've had my CJ I've done it three times.
