Unfortunately being xmas holidays there is bound to be some part of the road that is dug up somewhere, there always is :lol:. If you are heading on the Pacific highway you will be slowed to 80kms/hour for a good couple of kms at kew (near port) as they are still upgrading the road. If you car is quite low I would be very careful through this section as some of the temps roads have some big holes in them, I hit one yesterday traveling it.

I was referring to when the road south of coffs was blocked due to an accident and we decided to try and circumvent it and ended up on dirt :P

from ballina to coffs then thru armidale to get home 7 hour trip turned to a 15 hours trip

I hope I do also doing a bit over 2000km's of driving for new years as I am heading to Bunderburg before coming back to brissy for the meet.

right so i picked up the Evo today and quite simply its F#$%ed! got it back worse than when i dropped it off. having said that i will still make the effort to attend this meeting.

That sucks mate... nothing worse than getting excited about getting your car back and it is a complete let down :(

On a side note, if any of you guys want anything picked up in the Sydney area I can probably bring it up for you.... Mind you, I dont have a tow ball so it has to be able to fit in my car :P
