just spoke to my mechanic. oil has arrived and the car is gettign put back together as we speek. a quick road test on monday to sort any issues out and i'll be driving her home monday evening so i'm a definate now.... unless of course something else goes wrong

I haven't had a chance to get on the site for 2 days and sheesh, already missed out on an entire conversation (good reasons tho, xmas party... and the rest is history :D)

I just hope there are no dirt road expiditions on the way home like there was from Byron... the car is a lot lower this time around :P

Unfortunately being xmas holidays there is bound to be some part of the road that is dug up somewhere, there always is :lol:. If you are heading on the Pacific highway you will be slowed to 80kms/hour for a good couple of kms at kew (near port) as they are still upgrading the road. If you car is quite low I would be very careful through this section as some of the temps roads have some big holes in them, I hit one yesterday traveling it.
