Get a 4 door R34, refer to my sig

I wouldn't get a Subaru cos I hate them, but just that's my opinion

R34 is a bit old, and I've never liked the shape of that series (I would make an exception for the R35 :D). If I was going for a Skyline I'd pick the V36 coupe, I love the look of that car, pity no turbo though.
I just find the old shape 6 boring.

im not a big fan of the R34 either.

i think with the 6MPS its just abit of a sleeper, bacuse it looks like every other Mazda 6, same with the 3MPS (earlier shape)

but its your car, your gona be the one driving and looking at it every day

They look like they have the cheapest body kit on it ever. Have you seen the body kit pieces on the side? They look like an after thought and have been stuck on with double stick tape. Id rather own a stock Mazda 6 and have the engine from the MPS. Stock one with nice wheels looks way slicker than that...

i know its your opion Tadz, but damn your wrong;) my dad has a MPS6 in white with a Corkspeed exhaust and ROTA wheels. the MPS looks soooo much nicer than the normal 6. plus you have the advantage of AWD. if seen pics of a MPS without the door bits, and its just wrong, the sideskirt sticks our too much

The 3MPS, being FWD torque steers like a mofo when driven with a bit of pace. Yes, I've driven one. The old one rides a bit on the rough side of firm. Not too bad though. The new one is just plain FUGLY.

Guess ill be the odd one out.

Id rather eat my own jeans than look at that car. Im sure it would look nice with a set of wheels and lowering, but i saw a tourquise one today and...urgh...Disgusting.

You sure you were looking at a 6 MPS? IIRC they didn't come in turquoise ?

Either tourquise or a really dirty silver.

It did have some sort of blueish tinge to it...

Hey Ryan, have you changed your idea for your new car??? At the start you wanted something big - Hummer, 300C, Ford XR6T etc...... now you want something roughly the same size as our lancer - MPS, WRX???? This is the same thing I went through when I looked for my new car. Had a new top choice every week, and went through all the same ideas that you have been. (Only difference is I didn't get to test drive all the cars you have) Keep going through all your options. Check carsales and look at every car company and all the cars they have ever produced (newish and old)

One more question : Since you are interested in a MPS3 which is a hatchback, do you want the hatchback WRX or a sedan???

Since they don't make the MPS6's anymore, then I would go for the 3mps. Some very cheap deals on the old shape ones. They have done jack sh*t to fix the torque steer on the new ones, so it'll come down to whether you like the shape of the new one or the old one. And discount to price. They ain't knockin anything off the new model (unless you are a better bullsh*tter than the salesman) which........is really hard to do as they are usually completely full of it. Keep the search going for another month or two. You may change your mind again.

Later

Oh and with the 3 MPS they say it has a "LSD" to remove torque steer... Ummm... Yeah right. It's not a LSD, it's a "Electronic LSD" aka Traction Control ;)
