I think that was a little uncalled for.

Though Shadows put in another round, he has offered prizes for this extra round. This shows that he doesn't want something for nothing. He could well have shut off the comp here and now but has offered more for the participants to let their creativity shine through!

There is a lot more to designing and manufacturing a product than simply just this small proposals. Shadows will still need his crew to come up with engineering drawings and tooling specifications. Not a "silver platter" by any stretch of the imagination.

Shadows... I'm in no way dishonouring you here mate.

I'm sure you can understand - Personally I have put in a fair bit of effort with my submission only to find out that theres still more work to be done... Yes to an extent I'm in it for the prize, but the more and more I work on this I realise that this aint so much about the prize but the fact I get to create something...

I hope you understand that my thoughts are only focused on the point that the requirements have changed half way though the comp - sure someone had an idea that the entries didnt have enough information?

Anyways... I have pics to modify... peace out and good luck to everyone :)

hell i would infact love if x-factor took my idea and make it something they can sell. hell id give it to them and expect nothing back. i would be happy to see something that i inspired someone to commercialize it. i'm not in this for the prize i'm just here to be creative and give ideas that are not for my own personal gain. im here to see new products. that i can buy and be just that bit more unique.

if i had the time, i would make a full 3d animated image just for this competition, i would design everything that is needed, specify certain materials. how its going to work. what it needs and how it gets installed.

but i do not think that 2weeks is enough time to fully do all this in a 3d animation.

also shadow id be happy to do what you have asked for this competition, but ill most likely hand draw it as i do not have the time to make a 3d one.

Brother Shadows & Ozie.....Is this enough?
Image

Edit:
PS. The botom left image is wrong as the position of the tail lamp is infront of the bumper, so you get better angle than shown and more coverage.

Yep, that is a good one, or inside the rear spoiler (easy for Shadows to incorporate into the EVO X replica??) Even inside the Mitsubishi diamonds and vinyl the other diamonds black to hide?
