Last minute, but today and this weekend there is an event at Mt. Buller.
2009 MT BULLER SPRINT ROAD CLOSURE TIMES
The Mt Buller Tourist Road will be closed during the following times:
Friday 4th 11am-7pm
Saturday 5th 8am-12pm & 1pm – 7pm
Sunday 6th 8am-12pm & 1pm – 7pm
Access to the Mt Buller road will be opened between runs (approximately every hour) to allow you to travel up or down the mountain.
If you wish to travel on the road during these times you will be part of a convoy, with official cars leading the procession and an official vehicle at the rear.
There is to be no overtaking during the convoy. Spectator Marshals will announce via loudhailers, or via Race Radio 88.0 FM, when you should assemble in your vehicles for the convoy up or down the mountain. Please consult the village map for the assembly areas, which will be signposted.
Please obey the instructions of our officials.
I would have gone up if I didn't have a couple of errands to run.
