I think the reason he is saying is not on the write off list is so when it is fixed the poor sucker that buys the car has no way of knowing it has been in an accident.
So not poor guy that was drink driving lol poor guy that ends up with a car that might not get fixed properly and good luck if they ever end up having a similar accident.

I agree. This is why spending that little bit extra cash on a new car rather then a second hand car is safer. You never know what you are buying when it is second hand. I only hope someone with a conscious buys the car and strips it for parts only.
