So what is the typical wait time for to get a "Welome Pack"? I've had the car for 7 weeks now. Not recieved any Road Assist card (just a sticker with the details). Done like 3500ks already. You'd think a welcome pack would arrive in the first fortnight or so.... it's not the useless crap in the welcome pack but the lack of effort on MMAL to actually get it to customers on time. If ever get one, they are so getting a crap email/letter from me. (I demand an RA for compensation )

OIC. Dealer/sales dude when he was running thru all the bits of of paper, manual, etc, told this was my temporary road assist sticker and I'd get a credit card sized plastic one in the mail with my welcome pack. It's 2 years for me & still nothing either!!
I know it's more than likely not worth it but they should either give it to everyone or no one.

They should give these packs to dealers to distribute them to the customers. They are 'representatives' for Mitsubishi. When the dealers are prepping the cars, all they need to do is put the bag on the back seat. Jeesh....how bloody hard would that be. They can even have different packs due to the amount the money you spent on the car!

At least you got the sticker. I got nothing related to the roadside assistance scheme on delivery, emailed Mitsubishi and was told that a copy of the roadside assistance booklet and windscreen sticker should have been provided by the dealer on delivery. Contacted the original salesman, was told "don't panic", it had only been a few days since delivery, and anything outstanding would be mailed to me in a week or so. Nothing arrived after a couple of weeks, contacted another salesman and received a copy of the booklet, although the front was not filled out with vehicle details. I've given up asking for the sticker though.OIC. I've had the car 6 weeks and haven't received anything from Mitsubishi. I thought at some stage a survey might turn up.

Yes, the plastic card is only for the "premium" package, which the VRX does not get.
My dealer told me the EXACT same thing as yours did. But I rang Mitsi as I didn't get my card and they set me straight...
Also, your sticker will be black bordered, the premium is gold bordered

Outta curiosity, what's the diff premium over the normal road assist? TBH i've not even read my road assist crap, I have no idea what it entitles me to. I guess I'll read it when I have an "oh crap" comment and need to call on them.

I got my welcome pack It was pretty cool too, and I was only expecting crappy things. It came with a bottle of wine, relish and crunchy bread thingos, Bach chocolates, Morrish nuts (they were eaten in the first 5 minutes ), and other stuff I can't remember...
We only got it because my mum kept hounding the dealer for it, otherwise they wouldn't have cared. Everyone that hasn't got theirs should ring up the dealer and enquire about it. Unless it's been like a year, then it's probably a bit too late
