Tadz's car is all about the boom boom

Subs?

Subs should not suck, they should blow... technically... depending on the setup.

I'll leave the boom boom to the young guys like tadz though.

haha

Hey guys thanks for the welcome - probably shouldn't have said anything about subs - I was referring to another Japanese auto brand usually fitted with all wheel drive - sorry for any offence!
Subs as in the sound generating type are cool - but I'm past having one fitted to my car. If it came with one I wouldn't complain.
I'm keen to come on the cruise - will try to make it.
How many CJs will be there?
Oh & no its my second Lancer & son has one too!

Welcome to the club :)

Subs are cool but in my opinion they're overrated :P

Don't get me wrong, I like them but I can hear my music fine as it is without hearing the bass/drum louder and stuff
I'll probably get a sub or two when I upgrade my speakers though!

Ahhhh... I think ian99 was referring to 'Scoobies'. There was a new one on the track at Wakefield the other weekend, talk about body roll.

ian our cruise has an expected attendance of about 19 cars now, a good 4 Ralliart Lancers and 5 Evo X at least!! Will be an awesome day. Go and have a look at the thread in the cruise section, all the details are there! Post in there you're interest and we'll add you to the list!

But the sound of a boxer engine.. is... soo.. nice.... :(

Well that's about it really for the current gen subis. Seems to be more of a girls car nowadays too (the white hatch).

Anything sounds good with a big enough 'huffy snail' and a big zorst... or so I hear.
