Hi there ChrisB ...

Yes, the Intercooler was a direct replacement from the USA ... Cost $649.US
* It's the biggest possible InterCooler U can get, nearly double the capacity over the stock.!

Top Intercooler Pipes were $170.US ... Bottom Intercooler Pipes were $195.US - Top & Bottom, 2.5" Stainless Steel Piping.!

Exhaust :- Cost me I think around the $1,200.US mark.? And it's worth every bit of it.!!

- 304 Stainless Steel Piping
- 304 Stainless Steel Casted Elbows (no mandrels, no wrinkles, 100% uniform throughout)
- Dual High-Flow Mufflers, with a straight through design
- 4" Polished Tips
- 2-piece midpipe design & I got the optional Resonator & Mini-Muffler fitted to keep the noise down.! 8-)
- TIG welded to perfection
- And it's a straight " Bolt-On " ... Perfect.!!

And yeahh ... I thought that was a nice touch to paint the intercooler ... Bumper-Bar had to come off anyway, so I thought, " Why Not.? "

Hmm.? - I thought I had the finished pic's uploaded.? - Anyway ... Just went outside now, & took these.! ( all back together )

The Intercooler pipes go over the top because thats where the original rubber hoses went.! - So I replaced them.!

The back of the engine is where the Turbo is, so ... it's the shortest travel to get to the Intercooler, leading from the top.!

the logo was painted there, so when view dead straight on at that level it is centred in the lower grille. Once the plate is moved up a bit it will look better.

Everything else was already answered lol.

The Intercooler JUST fits. I mean by literally a bee's dick. It's fkn tight.

It was an adhesive stencil, basically a sticker you'd put on your car, but in reverse.

Paul showed me a picture of a similar thing on another Show Lancer, and I found the stencil for him.

Before you copy you should ask permission, as he treasures his idea quite highly, especially the multi-colour  (Just kidding!)

Here are some more pictures for you.

um what the hell. no disrespect mate because i understand you have the best intentions here but why should anyone have to ask for permission to do this to their own car when lethal clearly copied it from someone else in the first place? if you dont know what im getting at here's the link.

http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-x-show ... ciled.html

did you guys ask permission to do this to the Ralliart first or are you just making demands on the rest of the members here? like i said i don't mean to start something but that comment really ticked me off
