Interesting. If you've heard that it goes to shit , why are you asking?
I mean if I told you they were brilliant, who would you trust?
For Bodykits, you basically get what you've paid for.

$3500 is a fair bit, I wonder if that would include being primed/painted also..
I also wonder if the OEM foglights would fit, it doesn't look like it though.

i inquired about that kit once before i wouldn't advise getting it. one its not going to fit very well. iv head that accolade kits go brittle as well. also that kit i think is the widebody bits as well i wouldn't advise them as you have to attach them to the side of your car. fiberglass attached to metal. attacked with glue, coming from 2 panel beaters and spray painters i know it will not last longer then 6months on your car no matter what you use. to attach it unless you screw it. its better to go with something from ofey or take the risk and get an accolade kit.
IF YOUR NOT LIVING ON THE EDGE YOUR TAKING UP TOO MUCH ROOM
Accolade
Another person on here asked me about them and that exact same kit.. Personally I will say one thing first when it comes to dealing with any international company. If they cant offer you a tracking number they are not worth your business. Certain things you can take risks on but for things like bodykits or anything over a certain value then na.
Accolade are good in all areas leading up to the exchange of money. After that it heads south fast. Its not just Accolade, I think its just US companies in general as Ive had bad experiences now from 2 big companies in the US with our Lancers, Accolade being one of them. Accolade's redeeming factor post exchange of money is how quick they can get you documents needed for customs.
I was very lucky I actually got the kit I ordered as plenty of people are still waiting. It took 4months but it eventually turned up.
Fitment issues? Every bodykit will have that, no kit will fit perfect 100% first time. The Accolade kits, front bars dont fit properly and its an issue I think they have addressed with their latest batch of kits. The front bars dont fit around the headlight area. I have that issue with the GT Spec kit, the front bar wont go on properly because of the headlight issue. The Evo kits had the same issue. The kits werent fitting properly around the headlights. Sideskirts will fit with no hassles. The rear bar, almost perfect fit for me. All that is needed for my rear bar to fit flush is to cut out the slits where they have already marked for you on the bar.
Brittle kits, yes and no. The sideskirts dont take much to break. Smaller edges can be damaged aswell but its nothing that cant be fixed. Alot of the kit imperfections will get ironed out during prep work before you fit these kits. Ive heard worse things concerning the Accolade kits from suppliers down here.
If you are dead set on getting something from Accolade, look at the bigger picture. You will get dissapointed, it wont be an easy process and will it be worth it at the end of the day? Thats your decision but if you are keen on going through with them, try doing it through a supplier that already gets regular shipments of Accolade kits. At least then you will have some sort of security as if anything goes wrong, they will chase it up. Get it through a supplier or a broker but try to avoid a private import at all costs...
It will be nightmare... Also remember Accolade kits may not come from the US, the ones for us will most likely come from Sri Lanka.

I think you should do what you want to do. Order it if you feel confident enough that you will put up with whatever you get. People ask me why the bodykits I'm advertising are so much more expensive. In contrast to what tjoz said above, these that I advertise are very well made. I don't think you'll have any fitment problems with the HOS kit. They're also not fibreglass kits.
They're made of ABS or in worse case FRP. You get what you pay for. And if the design is as complex as the Accolade ones, you know that it can't be cheap unless they cut on something else like material or finishing. They'll probably ship it by sea too!
