yeah, similar thing in mind but my 'double adapter' is a beat-sensor as well ;-)

Lol, i want to hook mine up to a relay or something so when im getting in the car or opening the door or whatever, they will come on, but as soon as i put it to accesories, they stay on all the time...Which is what will happen if you hook it up the way ive shown you. Unless you put a switch in the line...

Mine has a switch, a very hard to access switch because their actually on the cigarette lighter under the cupholder lol

milobob, if you use LED lights that are 12v you don't need resistors. It is a good idea to wire in a fuse holder just in case though....

are you sure they are HID in the Aspires and Evos, they don't look like they have washers. so if they dont then they cant be HID's well at least legal ones
