hey all new p plate vic member, 08 VRX
hey guys my names george and i live in melbourne. came across the site and loved the info far better than anything else ive managed to find. ive got a mystic blue VRX pretty faggy colour but only one i could get for 27990 from a dealer. love some of the mods you guys have. currently my cars pretty much stock as i blew all my money buying the car. got some dealer goodies like the blue LED floor lights, the sound system and the scuff plates but other than that nothing so far.
hoping to learn a lot from you all, maybe tip me off with some nice cheap mods that i can put on my car without screwing too much warranty
have a good one

Hi and welcome to the club. If your after a cheap mod I would recommend the front bumper blackout with chrome molding as I am sure many other members would. I am planning to start doing this on the weekend as my first mod it is going to cost be about $90, $20 for the molding and $70 for the vinyl (The sign writer insists on using the dearer stuff as it will age better in the sun and will handle impact with stones and bugs).
Welcome George!
Blue is the best colour :p you will grow to love it haha
Plenty of good non warranty voiding mods, as Chubb said the vinyl/chrome is one, and there are always new ones that members are doing all the time.
Enjoy

Welcome george
Nothing wrong with the mystic blue, you still have a lancer
As others have said, the blackout bumper and the chrome moulding work the best and really dress up the car for no money at all.
If you dont mind me asking, Where abouts in melbourne are you? If your close to the north side i could hook you up with some spare black vinyl if you want?
