The only thing guys to be careful of if you do go the rrm kit - is don't get it with the piggy back computer and 5th injector setup they use. Certain package for a disaster in the making.
There is no way that form of fueling / tuning is consistant enough to not damage the engine. It is certain to have some engine knock, and consistant knock will kick down to the low octane maps which fuel up the motor, which is probbaly the only reason how this setup can work, with the factory ecu dropping timing and feeding extra fuel to stop it pinging.
