Well, ive done the neons in my car, changed my door speakers, added subs and an amp.

First mod that most lancer owners do is blackout their front grill. One of the easiest, best looking and inexpensive mods you can ever do. Improves the agressiveness of the front end so much.

I'd love to do that, but with a black VRX, the best option i have right now is to RA the front grill.

That looks hot. The red Neons look so much better than blue I think. It would make me look like a Newcastle Knights supporter though and we wouldn't want that!!

The DIY's are fantastic. I would have been there for ages with a multimeter if it wasn't for the DIY for the neons :)

People have been known to blackout their grills on their black lancers, sorta blends into the mesh grill. I think mattigins did it...? along with the RA trim aswell.

As long as it's Matte Black, it looks good and can be noticed. Glossy makes no difference.

Even Black RAs or Evos have bumper-grey centres.

See how I have red numberplates? Well, IMO it looks funny with red plates and blacked out. I did a poll on it a while ago to see what others thought, and I am still undecided!!
