As it turns out, I didn't see the car in action, but I did see it in person, and I didn't even have to make a trip to Canada. I saw it at AMS Performance in West Chicago,IL.
The #17 on the side is from the New England Forest Rally. I'm sure the car was at AMS to get some upgrades before the next Rally. AMS has some pretty good stuff for the X and the Ralliart, but sadly they have no interest in Lancers.
I do however sell their parts for the X and RA's. I'll be trying to add their newest parts to the site soon.
