EBC Greenstuff
Better than stock. Nothing to shout about though
Don't know. Packaged deal with our group buy ages ago, A$330 for all four pads with RDA slotted/dimpled/gold anodized front rotors
Still good apparently after 40,000km of driving.
Truth be said, I don't brake very much. I tend to budget my speed Vs distance pretty well and roll to stops.

I use QFM A1RM pads.
Great pad, love getting heat in them. Left the EBC greenstuff that I used to feel second rate. They are equivalent to a Ferodo DS2500 pad.
You can get the QFM HPX pad if you are looking for more of an OEM replacement, but a bit better.
Price can't remember exactly. The fronts were about $120 from memory.
Can get them through GSL Rallysport.

Bendix Heavy Duty Fronts, stock on rears.
i chose the bendix as they where available to me on the day i was after pads, it really depends on what your planning on doing with the car as to needing super high quality pads or not, i chose a pad that would last a long time, had reasonable qualities and was cheap.
I rate them: average, they stop me.
Cost:$90 for fronts from Repco

You could do a lot better for the same dollars...
We (being Brakes Direct and GSL RallySport) do about 15 different brands of pads, including Bendix, and for us, the standout winners in each catergory of perfomance versus dollars are:
Basic street trade servicing pads
- Horsepower $49 per set
- Acre (Japanese made) $79-89ish per set
Performance or heavy duty street
- QFM HPX (550 degrees) $79 per set for basic, $110 per set for Brembo
- Remsa (650 degrees, and European made, what we supply for Porsche/Ferrari etc), to suit CJ's are $79 upwards depending on model
Extreme Street and light track
- QFM A1RM (780 degrees), bang for your buck king provided you're willing to accept slighly higher than normal rotor wear, from $119 onwards depending on what application
Full Race/Dedicated competition
- Something from Project Mu, mainly Club Racer or H16-03, the later of which is the V8 Supercar control pad. They're PHENOMENALLY good pads for the money, and extremely versatile. The same pad the V8 Supercars run, we also use in gravel rally cars where modulation and cold performance are as critical as performance. Evo 1-9 gravel rally cars with 550 odd nm and point to point accleration that rivals most supercars run a 276mm front rotor with twin piston calipers, and are ridiculously under-braked, so a pad that both works dead cold and as high as is required in something like V8 Supercars is a godsend, and they're relatively cheap for what they are...
My opinion of EBC (even though we do do them) is that they're ridiculously over priced and a bit lackluster. They work alright in Europe where they're rotors are softer and the ambient temperatures are lower, but over here they're a bit dull, especially for what you pay.
If anyone's got any specific requirements just give us a bell on 1300 884 836. As far as pads go, off the top of my head we do Bendix, EBC, RDA, Protex, Horsepower, Remsa, Project Mu, QFM, TRW, Acre and I'm sure some I've forgotten...

Sick of paying too much for performance brake pads? Want high performance with low rotor wear?

Re: what brake pads r u running?
For those who are cost conscious, I recently installed Bosch blue line pads at the back of another car. They are much cheaper than the other usual name brands. I thought they would be made in China but it say made in Italy on the box. Seems to work fine so if you don't work your brakes hard, something worth considering. When you get 20% off supercheap or sparesbox, they are almost as cheap as other yum cha brands on ebay.
Re: what brake pads r u running?
Nothing wrong with made in China
It depends if it was done with quality from China or not.
There's plenty of country who make crap out side of China, the Aussie designed and built Ford Capri comes to mind.
Currently running semi metallic up front from memory it was TBC I think the manufacturer was , but don't quote me on it
I will see if I have a photo
