The key for me is the buy cheap supplies of timber or steel which I normally get from an Op Shop for next to nothing.

Today I made a mount for my belt sander turning it into a mini bench sander!
Used bit I had sitting around and works, need to make a few changes but will come in handy for some of my sanding needs.

Also ordered a can of paint for my brakes, had to choose click and collect, probably pickup up tomorrow with zero contact. Also getting some gloves.

Filled up at my local BP today with the usual BP Ultimate, the price was $1.19. Alot nicer than the $1.60ish I was paying 6 months ago.

If you are interested in the petrol price cycle, the following is a must:

First chart, green line will provide an indication of which way wholesale price is going.
https://aip.com.au/pricing/internationa ... rket-watch

The table will give you an ideal if the price has reach the bottom of the cycle. In Syd, at bottom of cycle, price will be slightly lower than the TGP and about the TGP for expensive area.
https://aip.com.au/pricing/terminal-gate-prices

This will show whether we are at the bottom of the curve yet.
https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/petro ... ice-cycles

At retail level:
In NSW:
http://fuelcheck.nsw.gov.au/app

In WA:
http://fuelwatch.wa.gov.au/

Not sure about other states.

So at the moment for Syd, the bottom of the cycle SHOULD be around 85c. But retailers may hold on to more margin due to reduced demand. I also noticed an (sometimes significantly) increased spread between e10 and higher grades, maybe that is how they want to claw back lost revenue.

This is very cool
Massive 82mm TB on it
I'd love to see the inlet manifold where it bolts up to TB.

Here ya go team
If you really want a C19 project to do this may interest you.

You only need to buy one part,a brass pieces

Have a good look thru the photo's and get a good understanding of what your doing First before you rip the car to bits
Remember , if you get this wrong there is a good chance you can cook your motor with fluid leaks or air bubbles in the lines.
If your not confident in doing it, get your trusted Mechanic to.do it for you

The benefit of.doing this is drastically reduced heat to the throttle body.

Got the app last night, not that it will see much use until later in the week when I go to collect the shopping.
