That happened to me in my 98 lancer.... I was doing 110ish on the freeway and some bitch decided to merge into me around a corner.... I slammed on my breaks and the rear slid out (being a corner, not good to shift the cars weight like that) by that time she was already in my lane having no idea what she just caused, so i released the breaks and accelerated and being front wheel drive I was able to pull myself strait.

This all happened in like 2 seconds and was not a fun exp.
