WTB: Left Front Door

Wondering if anyone has seen any gold CJ's in the wreckers, or have one personally, that has the left front door shell intact? need it to go on a 2011 SX sedan.

Haven't seen any. But you can buy any door and then get it resprayed. The colour of your car is on a decal inside the drivers door on the pillar

Jollys u pullit is a good one to watch, this one the drivers door is already gone. But they are starting to get some CJs in, they label them under CX/CY though...

Where abouts on the pillar? I think I only saw the tyre information one.

Do you know if the passenger side one is? The website says the locking mechanism is sold but that's all I think.

Goto the drivers door and open it
Look down the lower left
You should see the VIN number and the paint colour
If it not there check the passenger side door

If it not there check the passenger side door

I cant seem to see it on either door or pillar. The only place I can find anything is the plate on the hood, which if I remember says s18a I think.

I thought the paint code was on the plate under the bonnet, on the fire wall?

That said getting one the same color in good condition can save you a packet. Good luck, I can't find any CJs at the local wreckers here on the Sunshine coast.

Mine is on a decal behind the door. Maybe it changed somewhere along the line

The colour on the information panel under the hood is

S18 Desert Sand Pearl Clearcoat

So if anyone sees a lancer in the wreckers this colour, with the left front door intact, pm me or put it on here. (preferably in SA/Western VIC).

This wrecker in SA seems to have a few CJ's in for wrecking, but none in Gold (They have a Champagne VRX in photos, not sure if colour your looking for). I don't know anything about them but they seem to take requests so may not hurt to call them.

Usually it would tell you the door has gone, so if it is just the lock there is a high chance the door is still there. I am unsure if you can ring and find out, it costs $2 just to walk into the place, $3 if you forget to bring cash

Lets not get all logical about this Shaun When I first went to Jollys website it was easy, I owned a TJ Magna, simple, when I went looking for the CJ I imagined it would be the same, not thinking the actual chassis code would be what to look for.
