Yeah! Where's mine as well!! I did the survey. I got the phone call. They even have my email. But I got no "Welcome Pack". I have had the car 18 months now. Oh well, maybe ours got lost in the mail!?!

oh wtf i bought my VRX over 6 month now and didn't received anything and a phone call from mitsu except the survey, i feel i got rip off

Does the pack come from Mistubishi or the dealer on behalf of Mistubishi?

If it's from the dealer theres the high chance some of them are forgetting or just not doing it.

I have had my car nearly 3 months. I have had 2 calls from Mitsu "clarifying" my address and contact numbers etc etc and asking me how I like the car but thus far ........ nothing in the mailbox.
You know that you have really got to someone when they invest personal time into tracking you down all over the internet.

Not sure. I filled the survey out for something to do at work one night.
