Getting a custom one fabricated to fit would cost a small fortune.
If you did get it done, you could sell them and make a fortune back though. After you've sold a few you could do an exchange program where you actually retrofit peoples old hoods.
Even then it may be cheaper to buy a hood from Mitsu and retrofit/cut apart/put vents in it and then onsell.

Ok have done a bit of research and i turns out fibreglass bonnets or bodykits aren't illegal as they can be ADR approved (ie Blits Bonnets and Bodykits, Talon Bodykits) so if you can find a fibreglass company that is willing to ADR approve there stuff you should buy it and tell us all lol
