Hi Newbie from Sydney
Hi guys just laid deposit on my first lancer ever...!
Guy says it'll come in probably two weeks *sigh*
But yeah I got a White Solid Auto CJ ES, XDC Bodykit, Vrx High rise spoiler, free port. sat nav, darkest legal tinted windows with lifetime warranty, weathershields and carpet mats.
With the trade in of my OLDDD (200k+ km) Camry 96' CSI, I got the whole set up for $23500.
But yeah no rims need to buy separately...
Which I plan to purchase on the say I get my lancer *drools*
So yeah I have some questions to ask:
- What do you guys reckon on that deal?
- What rims should i get?
- Insurance (which one, why, do they cover for my body kit and preferably 19" rims and price?)

I didnt get the 19" options cos it costs an extra $3000 for rims + tyres... A bit dear imo...

Welcome to the club
If your looking at 19" rims I would stick to 19x8 or 19x7.5 and try to get an offset as close as possible to that of the current wheel otherwise it's likely to stick out past the guard and will probably cause rubbing issues, especially if your going to lower it.
With regards to insurance, I went with AAMI simply because they were the cheapest for ppl who haven't had their licence long enough to earn a rating 1, but this probably varies state to state.

welcome to club cj! hope to see u and ur car at a sydney meet soon.
ps. i'm surprised how many dealers nowadays are willing to bundle bodykits/mods/aftermarket parts into the sale price. this is quite common back in malaysia (my home country) whereby Toyota dealers will sell you a brand new Yaris or Corolla full of GReddy parts and with pro suspensions lol.
