I am going to have a very short trip to brisbane, but i was wondering which center destrict area is the best for accommodation and convenient. exspecially for nite seeing and lodging. :lol:

Yay Brisbane! When is this visit of yours?

Where would you be needing to stay? Inner city? Most of the hotels are around the city district, and it's not that big at all.

Hi brother i will be there this coming week and will stay there for a week :cry:

ideally location for me is that more shopping mall and good restaurant, and nite viewing.

Ok some good hotels to stay are: Brisbane Marriott, Rydges South Bank, Rendezvous Brisbane. They are the most popular.

Shadows what day do you fly in? I'm sure myself and/or some other Brisbane members could meet you at the airport and help you out and even have dinner and drinks too

thanks for the info and your warm offer brother, I will be fly in on the sunday morning. anyway i have already a rent a car at the airport. maybe we can arrange next friday night for dinner at my hotel and thereafter we can have some beer :lol:

but please bear in mind i don't speak good english hahahahaha......

By the way do you know how much is the charger for a mobile broadband there?

Friday night dinner sounds great I'm sure the main Brisbane members would love to meet you! We might even have a little surprise for you :wink:

I think $200 AUD gets you started with a mobile broadband, but the hotels and Internet cafes would be the way to go in my opinion. If I had a mobile broadband I could lend it to you but I don't im sorry.

I try to stay at the Hilton if I'm not at friends places. Its right in the middle of town and valet parking is only $23 a night. Get some nice looking girls at their bar too.
